Sold and delivered by Timetech Pty Ltd T/A BatteryMate (ABN 27 622 229 305)

BatteryMate products are covered by a Limited Warranty from the date of purchase. Should your purchased product have a defect in material or workmanship within the warranty period, subject to applicable terms as summarized below, BatteryMate, will repair it or replace it with the same model or comparable replacement free of charge.

Warranty Guidelines:

  1. If you suspect that the product is defective, discontinue use immediately. This step is essential to prevent additional damage and potential hazards.
  2. Notify BatteryMate as soon as possible via Contact Us page.
  3. If replacement is approved, it will come with a new warranty lasting either 3 months or the remaining duration of the original warranty, whichever is longer.

Please note that warranty does not override the consumer guarantees.

Warranty Period:

  1. Items purchased between 01/08/2020 to 23/08/2023: Standard 1 Year warranty
  1. Items Purchased from 23/08/2023 to 30/06/2024: Promotional 3 Year Extended Warranty
  2. Items purchased from 01 July 2024 Onwards: Standard 1 Year Warranty
  3. Platinum Club members continue to receive an extended 3 Year Warranty on all products.

What does this warranty cover?

If your product exhibits defects in material or workmanship during the warranty period, and subject to the relevant terms outlined below, we will, at our discretion, either repair or replace it with the same model or an equivalent replacement at no cost. Alternatively, we may apply another remedy as described below.

Please be aware that normal wear and tear is not covered by the warranty.

Warranty Terms:

  1. Within the warranty period, BatteryMate may, at its sole discretion,

(i) replace the product entirely, either with a new product at no additional charge to consumer, or

(ii) reimburse the consumer the amount of the original purchase price (a “Reimbursement”).

(iii) replace defective parts that meet the performance specifications of new parts for any applicable Product.

  1. Any parts or products exchanged or replaced during warranty service will become the property of BatteryMate. Repaired or replaced products or their components will be covered by BatteryMate for either the remaining duration of the original warranty or a period of ninety (90) days from the date of warranty service, whichever is longer
  1. In the event replacement parts or a replacement product are not available for any reason at the time of the initiation of a Product Warranty claim by consumer, Batterymate may, in its sole discretion, either (i) deliver to the consumer an accommodation in the form of a reasonably similar product (an “accommodation”), or (ii) provide reimbursement. Any such accommodation or reimbursement to consumer shall be in full satisfaction of any applicable product warranty claim and of Batterymate obligation to consumer under the warranty for such applicable warranty claim. The provision of an accommodation or a reimbursement terminates any further warranty coverage for such applicable product.

Warranty Claim Process:

  1. Have the sales receipt or Order # & proof of payment ready.
  2. Start a Return Request from Contact Us section.
  3. If the product, or one of its parts, qualifies for replacement or service under the warranty, BatteryMate will send a pre-paid shipping label so that the product may be sent to BatteryMate at no cost to you.
  4. Upon receipt of the product, BatteryMate will contact you with further information regarding repair of the product. Typical turnaround time to address warranty claims is up to 10 business days once item is returned back.
