Return and Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds:

We happily exchange products or refund purchases within 30 days.  If you want to return or exchange your purchase, please know that the time begins the day you receive your product. 

A return fee of $6.95 applies if the item is returned due to a change of mind or if you purchased the incorrect model.

Occasions when consumers aren't entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.

Consumers are not entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the consumer guarantees if:

  • Buyer got what they asked for but simply changed their mind (See condition for Change of Mind) found the product cheaper somewhere else, or decided they didn't like the purchase or had no use for it.
  • The problem with the product was caused by the consumer misusing it.
  • Buyer knew of or were made aware of the problem with the product before they bought it (but they may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for a different problem with the product that wasn’t made clear to them before they bought it)
  • Buyer asked for a service to be done in a certain way against the advice of the business.
  • The problem with a service was caused by the actions of someone other than the business.

 Damaged / Dead on Arrival / Incorrect Items 

If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective, or that is not the product you ordered, please return it during your return and exchange time period to and we’ll arrange for a replacement. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Change of Mind Returns  
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. For change of mind returns, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.  

Returns lacking proof of purchase.

Reimbursements on returns lacking proof of purchase may require an email address, may be denied, or limited, and state sales taxes and fees will not be reimbursed.

Product accessories and packaging

Please return items with all accessories and packaging. If you do not, we may either deny the return, or allow a return with a nonrefundable deduction on your refund for what is missing.

Return costs.

If the business confirms that the product does have a problem, it must reimburse the consumer for any reasonable return costs they have already paid.

Consumers should keep receipts for postage or transport costs so that they can be repaid by the business.

If the business finds that the product does not have a problem, it can make the consumer pay the collection and inspection costs. To do this, the business must give the consumer a reasonable estimate of these costs before collecting the product.
