As a new drone pilot, you have a lot of things to worry about and to add to the list is to worry about holding the controller in one hand while trying to hand take off or land the drone. This remote neck strap is quite well-made and is comfortable and gives you the comfort of not worrying about the remote controller if you choose to let it go. For the price it is well worth it and so far it has been a great investment.
